went to Dr. Massey for an endodontic consultation after several people and even other dental practices recommended him. I was extremely nervous about the possibility of needing a root canal, but Dr. Massey and his assistant, Elena, were absolutely amazing! Elena immediately made me feel comfortable and did such a great job easing my fears. Dr. Massey was incredibly thorough and detailed when explaining everything—so much so that by the end of the appointment, I didn’t even have questions about the treatment plan because he had already explained it so clearly. What impressed me most was that he didn’t immediately jump to doing root canals. He carefully evaluated my individual situation and scans and ultimately decided that monitoring was the best approach for now. He could have easily recommended treatment right away, and truthfully, I probably wouldn’t have known any differently. Instead, he was honest, genuine, and clearly focused on doing what was best for me as the patient. On top of the wonderful care, the consultation fees at CSRA Endo were significantly less expensive than other endodontic practices I contacted in the area. CRSA Endodontics was a Godsend for me! On 4/3/26, I had an extraction procedure done at my primary dentist. Over the weekend while I was supposed to be healing, I noticed that the tooth next to the extraction site was severely sensitive to temperature and I could barely eat or drink without being in pain. I went back to my primary dentist on 4/6 for an evaluation to see what was happening. Turns out the tooth had a cavity that was in the nerves and the extraction had aggravated it enough to where my only relief would come from a root canal or another extraction. Wanting to avoid a repeat experience as well as to save the tooth, I chose to do the root canal. The thing is 4/6 was the start of Masters Week here in Augusta and as any native would know most offices (including private practice medical offices) close for some time in order to partake in the events. I was devastated thinking I would have to continue to suffer pain and poor nutrition for another week since every major endodontic office I knew to call was closed. I had intense pain due to an infection below an old root canal and couldn’t sleep last night. When I called my dentist and they referred me to see Dr. Olson he is the ONLY dentist that numbed my gums around the sore tooth and did an awesome job. This was the only dental work I never felt any pain!!!!!! Not to mention they worked me in today!!! I would recommend him to everyone!

Thankful for Dr. Massey being able to help with an emergency root canal. My teeth are difficult to get numb and he worked hard with me to make sure that I couldn’t feel any pain. Great doctor! He is patient, professional and explains every step of the way.
